Days past so quickly yet sometimes makes me feel it’s longer.
My week 15 was pretty good! We had some really warm/hot days, so I sat down in my yard and got some good sunlight – Vitamin D!! Then believe it or not, the last day of my week 15 went down all the way to mid 30Fs. This morning was surprisingly 32F, wow!
Anyways, so here’s what I’d love to talk about – a baby size and pregnancy symptoms at week 15.
At first, a baby size! I googled it, and it appears that most of people refer an apple or a naval orange as the baby size. The baby is about 4 in long head to toe. That convinced me that sure enough if I’m carrying an apple in my belly, I should look my tummy is growing 🙂
Also a lot of website says I may experience glowing skin and shinier hair, but I don’t usually paying attention to that kind of beauty stuff, so I can’t really tell LOL Some people may find it lovely. Unfortunately, in my case, it’s more obvious to see itchy rash/pimples on my face. Thanks a lot to hormone changes…
Another not-so-welcome thing as a new symptom is my back pain. I feel like it’s kinda early to feel it, but sounds like it could happen as early as 18th week in average. I thought possibly since I stopped exercising and sitting on my dining chair for work all day long. Either way, I seriously should get back on the exercise track like my doctor is also double checking with me every time I see him. I just feel so lazy… Maybe I’ll start with Yoga once a week 🙂
Good news: It sounds like the baby could also start kicking inside my stomach little by little, but that is also not noticeable yet to me. I’m really looking forward to it though ♥ My premom app is saying that the movement may still seem like a muscle twitch or gas at this moment.
Another good news from the app is that the baby is now starting to hear my voice! I think it’d be really a good time to start talking to the baby and including her/him in our conversations 🙂 I’m definitely gonna ask my child if she/he remembers anything while she/he was in my belly ♥
That’s about it for week 15. Let’s see how my week 16 will go.
