Nothing special.

People easily get me wrong getting an idea though social media 😅 especially it happened a lot while I was in Hawaii.

Yes, I was a student and had lots of fun and good memories, which stories usually go on my Facebook or Instagram. Then, when I finally meet in person, they always go “so you are enjoying Hawaii huh? Are you even studying?” Lol

I mean, do you want me to talk about, probably more than half of what I’ve posted, my Study & Schooling & Research stuff all the time? 😂 Then I would be happy to tell you everything lol

Anyways, my point is it’s just nothing much is going on. Lol Just usual work days but thought to share what’s been like.

Got one day of foggy morning. I guess morning temperature is getting lower and we start getting high 50F in the morning.

Another thing I can talk about is that I went to see a doctor for annual physical check up. Since I was in Naperville, I’ve been using DuPage Medical Group and I love their system. You can see all the test result online, send message to a doctor, or make payment online as well. The best thing is, whoever the doctor I saw, all the record is stored in myChart and other doctors can access to it if needed.

Though, that was in Lombard my doctor was located at and we’ve moved in Cook county. It’s even 30min South of my work and just too far. I gave up on going to DuPage Medical and actually made an appointment with new doctor near house. Then a week later, her assistant called and told me I need to reschedule my appointment because the doctor will be in her maternity leave lol

Well then, so I just cancelled it. I needed to see a doctor for annual physical before our company wellness program ends to get points, which is the end of September lol Then it hit me. I just remembered seeing DuPage Medical Group building when I went to Round 1 for karaoke. Luckily there was a family medicine doctor taking a new patient and accepting my insurance. So I did go see the doctor on Wednesday. Not many people were there on a weekday after noon and my turn was up within 15min.

I wasn’t expected but did a blood test as well. The result came out the next day. All the test result, everything is perfect except for my Vitamin D amount. Deficiency…. damn… Lol I got a prescription for vitamin D tablet, but is it really possible to gain much from food??? Or do I really need to sit in the sun??😂

Besides that, my 10,000 steps per day challenge is still on going. The treadmill is helping me a lot + I also got a Fitbit so it’s easy to track my steps.

5 days out of 30 days of 10,000 steps record so farBoo

25 more days to go!!

That about it. Hopefully it’ll be a Sunny weekend 😊
