Hawaiian – Lau Lau

Easy Lau Lau with a slow cooker.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs Pork Butt
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Collard Greens
  • Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • Liquid Smoke
  • Black Cod ( or Frozen Cod)
Cut cods and pork butt in pieces
Prepping vegetable
Placing cut pork and cod on the leaves and add seasonings (Hawaiian sea salt, liquid smoke) or you can marinate the pork with sea salt and liquid smoke.

Wrap up everything and place them in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours then reduce the heat to low for 3 hours. Just gone through first 4 hours could be ready to eat. Vegetable may be tough a little bit though.
