Dinner Rolls

With my favorite Home Bakery (Hamilton Beach) <3

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter – soft or half melt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-1/4 cups Pillsbury Bread Flour
  • 1 tbsp yeast

Add all ingredients above in the home bakery. *Make sure all liquid goes in first and the flour at the end before adding yeast. You don’t want the yeast soaked in the liquid prior the machine starts mixing. Start the machine with Dough setting.

Boom. In hour and half ish, the dough is ready to cut 🙂

The dough was a bit sticky, but it’s not much you’ll need to modify the recipe. Flour on the board was enough to make shapes.

Cut the dough in sizes you want and let it sit until the dough becomes double the size (about 45min)
After 42min.

When the dough rose about double the size, put the baking pan in the oven. Bake at 375F (190℃) for 15min. See if it’s baked enough, and add another 5 or 10min until it’s done.
