Corned Beef Shio Yakisoba

Here is an idea of what to do with leftover corned beef.

Ingredients:

  • Leftover Corned Beef w/ Vegetables (Cabbage & Carrots)
  • Unseasoned Noodle
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame
  • Hondashi
  • Salt (“Shio” in Japanese)
  • Pepper

Step 1:

Slice up your leftover corned beef and vegetables.

Step 2:

Bring the water to a rolling boil and add noodles. Dump water when the noodle is cooked (raw noodle I used was about 2.5min cooking time). Rinse well in a strainer.

Step 3:

Add sesame oil in a pan and heat up. Add the sliced corned beef in the pan and cook until it gets warmed up.

Step 4:

Add cooked noodle in the pan and stir well with the corned beef. Add all the other seasonings (sesame, hondashi, salt, pepper) and mix well.

Step 5:

Cook until the noodle turns brown and DONE!!
