It was my first time watching a hockey game in a stadium.
You know we don’t really have a team in Hawaii, so I never thought about watching hockey at all.
It is my 4th winter in Chicago and I’ve been waiting for this moment, but I just hadn’t made a plan. Here’s the opportunity come!
Blackhawks …. dah so pricy… Of course the better professional team. Me, not knowing rules yet… umm maybe it’s too much.
Then, Chicago Wolves? Tickets were a half price cheaper AND craft beer nights promotion?
Who would say NO to that? LOL

The regular ticket at the same area was $41. However, this promotion is only $40, including 3 unique craft beers + T shirt in addition to a game ticket. (The dates were limited to 11/19, 11/27, 1/2, 1/31, 2/13, 3/5, 3/13 and 3/24.)
What a deal!! Boom, bought 2 tickets right away.
Just in case, we left our house early worrying about a parking space.
- But it wasn’t a problem at all haha
- Ample of parking space + were not many people since it was a day before Thanksgiving weekend.
- Parking: $15 per car (Credit/Debit Accepted)
After we’ve got in, we needed to go to a Customer Service Booth to get a craft beer stamp card. Just need to tell them your name. They had a list printed out to mark off.
Once you get a card, now you’ll need to head to Budweiser Brew House. That’s the only place you can get those beers from.
Just need to show them the card you just received and your ID, they’ll give you a first selection of their craft beer.
Now, we just head back to our seat for the game 🙂
Our seat was pretty close to the ring. Middle section and row D, right behind a camera.
It was really nice to watch that closer. But again, without knowing the rules, it might be better to watch from the top so that I could overview an entire ring to follow what was going on.
So, back to beers.
Their selected beers were below:
- Rubaeus Raspberry Ale from Founders
- Mosaic Promise Single Hop Ale from Founders.
- Official Hazy IPA from Bell’s
All of them were pretty good! Start with the sweet raspberry ale then a bit bitter hope ale. Personally I loved the last one 🙂
If you don’t want to miss a game, I guess the best time was during the break time. We weren’t sure how many breaks we get, so we had to sneak out during the game though.
We won the game so good good!
Once we enjoyed their beers and completed the card with 3 stickers, we headed back to the customer service booth to exchange the card with their craft beer original T shirt <3
It was well worth the money and had a good experience of watching hockey and pretty much free beers 😆 Highly recommended ❤️
