Matcha Chocolate Marble Cake

Today’s recipe is a Matcha chocolate marble cake.

Ingredients:

  • Egg: 2
  • Sugar: 80g
  • Heavy Cream: 80g
  • All Purpose Flour: 100g
  • Almond Flour: 20g
  • Cocoa Powder: 7.5g
  • Matcha Powder: 7.5g
  • Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Butter: 50g
  • Vegetable Oil: 30g

Direction:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 355F (180C).
  2. Place a butter in a microwave and heat it up until melted. Mix butter and oil together.
  1. Prepare another bowl. Add eggs and sugar and mix well.
  1. Add heavy cream, all purpose flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix well.
  1. Separate the batter into 2 and add matcha powder in one and cocoa powder to the other one.
  1. Add melted butter and oil into both batters and mix well.
  1. Prepare a cake pan or molds and add each batter alternately.
  1. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 min.
  2. When it’s done, insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake and check if it’s cooked all the way.
  1. When the cake is cooled, remove the mold and serve. Enjoy 💛
